Step by step sales process
Scheduled/Programmed/Organized Sales Process
The reasoning behind my submission is that it could be a case of "litigation" Chapter 11 scenarios thus the sale has to be rendered under auditing or surveying instruments. Cheers!

Rayci No, I don't think they are boasting about the process ... it's clearly a term, not an evaluation
Judith Armele Nov 15, 2018:
@Justin Exactly, I can´t confirm it is the same thing that is why I only put a 3 in confidence. If I have time I will investigate a little bit more. One thing that could indicate that ir refers to the same is the description of the process of the term in Spanish and the term in English. I read it and they seemed similar to me. I am not sure if you have more context in your source text.

Looks good, but how do we know it's the same thing?

You have headed this as real estate and mentioned shares for sale but if this is a liquidation process an "orderly sale" may involve finding a "logical" buyer who will be the best fit for the company and probably keep it open as a going concern, or if equipment is being sold off it can be sold part by part over time rather than in one auction. Thus values of shares may be higher in an orderly wind down.

Orderly sale appears to be another option.
