: I think this is the most likely meaning - surely we're looking for a noun - though "give" is not relevant here and "to be made out" is redundant.

Thanks, Phil. I beleive 'anuncia' is shorthand for esta parte, so this side. Grammatically dodgy, but I have seen the 3rd person active-verb form used too many times in a legal header to be surprised any more.
