top Sí, coronación es el punto más alto. Pero arquitectos e ingenieros lo llaman así, probablemente para distinguirse de la masa; como hacen los médicos con cosas como 'boca arriba'.

I have seen that "height at crest" means the same "heght at crown". So we can use one or other. What you prefer.
