Thank you all for your answers, you've been very helpful. It turned out that some of you were right and the client simply made a typo, so it should be "Sesja przelewów" instead. I also thought that "cesja" already means "transfer" and the whole term doesn't make any sense.

Context Cesja = cession or assignment. A "cession" is already a transfer of sorts (a legal act). So a "transfer of transfers" doesn't really make sense to me.

"Przelewów" could mean various things, so do you have any specific context on what they're referring to here? The first step would be to understand the original Polish meaning clearly, and then we can try to find the best English terminology. 😉

PS. Maybe ask the client.

On Krysztof's point, it could be a "cession of rights to receive [bank] transfers [from debtors], which is a legitimate way to pay for things or settle debt. As Jacek mentioned, I assume it has to be some kind of cession of [transferred] money.

The rest of the context should give a hint as to the meaning of cesja. Literally, it is cession (the act of ceding) of transfers. Cessation is a stoppage.
