Het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden bestaat uit 4 landen: Nederland, Aruba, Curaçao en Sint Maarten. Land? pais? autonomous zone ?? I do not beleive in literalism https://www.rijksdienstcn.com/
Having no relatives, friends or other connections to Aruba ((in any way)), there is no possibility or legal option to live in that country. (Me suene la forma decirlo en parte oeste de EEUU.))
Creo que la mejor solución sería cerrar esta pregunta como "errant question" y volver a plantearla con la misma explicación pero poniendo la expresión original (ni vínculos ni raíces) en la casilla "term or phrase".
