English term

blast meeting

English to Spanish Bus/Financial Business/Commerce (general) Business / corporate jargon
I am translating the following sentence:

We had a blast meeting some of you at (trade exhibition), we hope it'll happen again soon!

It is part of the Season's Greetings that a company is sending to customers and suppliers.

I have a vague idea that "blast meeting" might refer to a relatively short meeting that covers or achieves a lot, but I am not even sure of this. Or is it just another way of saying "very interesting / valuable meeting"?

I would be grateful for any assistance on this. I am translating for Spain.

Many thanks.

English term (edited): had a blast meeting some of you
Selected

Un gran placer / Lo pasamos genial / Nos encantó

I was also reading this as "a blast meeting", but after re-reading the phrase a few times, I'm pretty certain they actually mean, "We had a BLAST meeting some of you...", aka, we really enjoyed OR we had fun meeting some of you. Thus, I think your second interpretation is closer to the intended meaning.

The following options come to mind, but these are just for brainstorming purposes so you can choose the option that fits best for this context [I chose 'vosotros' because it seems they're using a friendly, yet polite tone in their message]:
1) Fue un gran placer conocer a varios de vosotros y vosotras...
2) Nos encantó conocer a varios de vosotros y vosotras...
3) Lo pasamos genial conociendo a varios de vosotros y vosotras...
