Do we have a common legal term voor zekerheidsplichtige? I can't seem to find anything. Any help much appreciated.

In this case .... the persons, who are permitted to continue the affairs/business of the person required to give surety

The person required to give security shall be free. to choose between the types of security laid down in Article 7. However, the customs authority may ..
