Agree with Karcsy on "Sophisticated hair". I will be more careful to cite information. It is very likely to be used for the shampoo product "Schwarzkopf SEAH Pear Bath" only or a wrong translation in the webpape. According to the below cited product description(Schwarzkopf SEAH HAIRSPA Pearl Bath gently cleanses delicate, dry mature hair with weightless, caring foam.
?With Amaranth Oil for precise replenishment without overburdening.
?Replenishes moisture levels in dry brittle hair.

But in my opinion, "疲惫的头发状态" could be a little bit deviated from "stressed hair", since "tired hair" is quite likely to be the exact match of "疲惫的头发状态". Besides, "深受压力的头发" is so seldom used in Chinese that people will be confused once they hear it. And the hair overexposed to some unfavourable factors, such as UV, sun, salt ,chlorine, colorants etc., can be defined as UV & environmentally stressed hair, sun-stressed hair, salt-stressed hair etc..Based on it, we could go a step further to infer that stressed hair can be damaged after overexposure to such unfavourable factors, and be translated into "受损发质". So it is reasonbale to say damaged hair is a superordiante to stressed hair and "受损发质" is perhaps more suitable.

- After you style your hair, the curl falls out even if it is permed (permanent waved.)
- It feels stiff or brittle. The ends may break easily.

I have seen stressed hair translated as 受损发质, but I wonder how you differentiate it with damaged hair. Stressed hair are hair that had excessive hair treatments. Besides, there are numerous hair condition - frizzy, damaged, tired, stressed, brittle, treated but never heared of sophisticated hair (in the context of problematic hair).
