算不上专业术语，只是一种形象叫法，当然时间长了也许就成了“专业术语”。在我们单位多数情况下是直译的。不过上面搜到的定义有些罗嗦与抽象，远不及我们实际应用中来得简单清晰。

这个其实可以直译的，我们与美国合作伙伴进行交流时，口译中多数都是直译的，大家也都习惯了。一般就是一张图表，标以不同颜色并注有简要说明，表示各项计划的完成情况及需要关注的问题，领导看了一目了然。如果不想直译的话，用此建议亦可，因为这是其本义。

你的找到的资料解释得非常精确！在此处也是这个意思。其实它本意是指“控制/监控/管理界面”之类的意思，只是这里前面加了一个"executive"，后面再接一个“reporting”，要将它们作为一个整体来考虑，不好翻译得通顺：
“为该公司建立每月高管管理控制报告功能”/“为该公司建立每月管理控制报告功能”？
念起来都有点费劲。

我觉得在“executive dashboard reporting ”这种表达法中，dashboard取的是比喻的意思，不是指实际的“仪表板”界面之类的东西。这种报告机制/制度产生的报告实际上是带有Excel宏的报表，里面有公式，有逻辑，改变一些方面的数据和逻辑参数，其它方面也会随之改变。所以还是觉得这种机制产生的是一种“决策管理”或“管理控制”报告。
