没找到已存在的中文，觉得直译就可以。
这东西的关键就是一根装在桌子（估计也可以架地上）的直立柱子，另加两三根横臂。从柱子角度看，确实象个塔，如果考虑到横臂，又可以称为一个架子。
但英文中并不是没有柱子和架的对应词，这都是很常见的词，既然英文选用了tower，那中文翻译为塔就很好。
这小东西叫塔的叫法也挺有意思的。

从文字描述看，你给的图左边象箱子的部分并不是它的一部分，它的结构就是竖柱子加横臂。
