“聚集细胞培养”是没有什么不好，如果看不到更好的建议我就用了。我只是想知道（虽然我怀疑）有没有现成的中文术语。
群体培养是另一码事。这里的aggregate cell culture主要是跟单层细胞培养和悬浮散开的细胞培养相区别。

Please note that 'aggregate' describes the culture cells clumping together. Just as suimple as that. It's not a standard scientific term.

This is how I see the whole phrase:

3D // aggregate // culture cell
I would go for: 三维聚集培养细胞。

细胞聚集培养 & 細胞聚集成團培養 seems to say 'aggregate culturing of cells'
培养细胞聚集 = culture cell aggregates

I don't think any of them fits your context. I'll go for you're original version.

neutral clearwater : 单从字面上来分析，这个短语的中心词似乎是culture，而不是aggregate。再说，你给出的例证说的是“聚集体”，与Shaunna提的毫无关系。
