Co-suspect drug We use this conservatively high threshold to take into account that a report in FAERS may list co-administered drugs in addition to any drugs suspected to be responsible for an observed adverse event, which as a result can be incorrectly identified as co-suspect drugs. We do not explicitly distinguish between co-administered and co-suspect drugs, but given the threshold of ten reports, only those drug pairs that appear consistently in reports with a specific event will be detected using this method.
