"I mean, here's probably a good time to talk about the great contribution of Ross Emery, my DP. If you notice, the film started out brighter and lighter, and now has got progressively darker. Ross did a brilliant job, I thought, of-- You gotta walk a fine line between being real-- And if you were in a cave shooting, you would see nothing. --but also giving us enough light to actually see the action going on. You had to be almost wide open to let things like these torches blow the face of Cole out. To let the reflective, you know, water ripples, et cetera, play on the face. It's-- It's a really clever, fine line that he did-- Took. And he's pretty courageous, actually. Helped by some incredibly good focus-pulling from Colin Deane. Which is just-- It's just unheard of. I mean, he's done all The Lord of The Rings films."
