English term
she entertains friends helpful to make the sale
English to French
Bus/Financial
General / Conversation / Greetings / Letters
For instance, a real estate company looking to sell a property tries to get certain details about a client, such as where he or she has lived, where he or she likes to travel, the type of amenities that he or she finds indispensable, etc., and how those things have changed over time. It may also find information on social media such as a person’s aesthetic preferences, family situation, and how often he or she entertains friends helpful to make the sale. But details such as clothing and perfume preferences may not be at all relevant to getting this individual to buy a property—and the company doesn’t need to know those extraneous pieces of information.

: No, it's not the 'amis' that are 'capables de faciliter la vente' — in fact, it's the 'informations'.

No, I dont think so. It´s the details on friends that are likely to make the sale possible. A mon avis je me suis exprimée clairement.

Comme le dit writeaway, la phrase doit être redécoupée :
elle peut également trouver des informations utiles sur les médias sociaux, comme par exemple..... , à quelle fréquence il ou elle reçoit des amis pour assurer la vente.

: Exactly! But what does that give in FR, please? / In that case, although your explanation in EN is spot on, I'm afraid your suggestion in FR does not correctly reflect the sense in EN; at best, needs somma after '...amis,'

It may also find information on social media ... helpful to make the sale
Elle peut également trouver des informations disponibles sur des réseaux sociaux ... utiles...
... dans le réalisation de la vente / pour aboutir à une vente
It's vitally important to get the parsing right befor even starting to attempt to translate: it is clearly the 'information' that may prove helpful in selling a property.

'Elle' of course = 'the real-estate company' — assuming it will be translated by société / entreprise / agence or some other word that is feminine in gender.
The first ellipsis should be repalced by the subordinate clause, that might eb translated, for example, starting [informations] 'telles quelles...' or 'comme...'

I DID include 'utiles' (helpful) – comment is unfounded; I felt 'disponibles' helped make it clear that the information was 'on' social media; we really cannot adopt a slavish, word-by-word primary school approach to translating this sort of text.

Discussion
"It [a real etsate company] may also find information on social media ... helpful to make the sale" — I don't personally find anything wrong with 'helpful to make the sale', though 'helpful in making the sale' could also work.
After that, all the things listed in between '... such as a person’s aesthetic preferences, family situation, and how often he or she entertains friends...' are simply details, to be treated separately.
Helpful for making the sale would be better English, imo.
