Tu pourras changer "techniques de vente" par autre chose si ce terme te paraît trop fort pour ces "basic rules of selling"...

: this reflects quite a fundamental error of understanding between what the seller does (comportement) and the seller's mental approach (attitude) which the course is seeking to develop.

- le mot a fait son entrée assez récemment j'imagine (il n'est pas dans le Littré ni le TLFi par exemple) et personne ne l'utilise couramment
- il est très laid
