Merci àtous, il s'agit d'une entreprise pharmaceutique internationale qui prévoit d'opérer une scission. Je dois traduire une lettre aux employés (template email from local management/BAC to affiliate employees), c'est le titre du document. BAC se réfère a "local management". J'ai traduis par: modèle de courriel de la direction locale aux collaborateurs salariés
