J'ai un problème avec l'expression "by cascading the rebates". Je n'arrive pas à cerner le sens de "to cascade the rebates".
Voici la phrase contexte : "[...] we inform you that we assume that are allowed to receive inducements by us by acting as non independent distributor or by cascading the rebates to the final client." (la phrase est mal construite de base, il manque un sujet).
