Possible mais wheeler-dealer, c'est un magouilleur en général, wheeler-dealing semble plutôt des opérations malhonnêtes...

: Il faut se méfier des déf. toutes faites du GDT et du Termium pour ce genre de terme, tu vois Termium donne affairisme....
