English to French Other Law: Contract(s)

To the extent allowed by law all approvals, registrations, notifications and the like (and all documents, applications and information related thereto, including without limitation, the results and data produced from any pre-clinical and clinical studies) and all rights thereunder or thereto shall be for the sole benefit of and shall be solely owned by and in the name of the Company.
