to receive service on my behalf of all documents and communications and generally to represent me and transact all business on my behalf in regard to these matters, granting and giving unto each said attorneys in fact full authority and power to do and perform any and all other acts necessary or incident to the performance and execution of the powers hereby, as fully to all intents and purposes as my might or could do if personally present, with full power of substitution and revocation, hereby ratifying and confirming all that said attorneys, or their substitutes, shah lawfully do, or cause to be done, by virtue hereof.
