Status, and how you are seen by others, is important to you; your job title, the people you know and your seniority all count for a lot.

Comme souvent l'anglais est clair, efficace et on voit tout de suite l'image...mais en français, quelles sont les expressions consacrées...J'ai trouvé des tas de choses mais rien de convaincant...quelqu'un parmi vous connaîtait-il l'expression consacrée ?
