English term

flaughter, a rutter and a tusker?

English to French Art/Literary Poetry & Literature taking place in England in 1807 (or thereabouts)
Have you brought a flaughter, a rutter and a tusker?

The only description I know of tusker is :animal with prominent tusk but these seem to be tools of magicians.
A definition is accepted, if not a translation.
