The Management Team recommends Option 1 – Status Quo, whereby we continue as a standalone SAP host for our cluster.
Our cluster remains the same and continues to host and support the current 10 companies and will migrate to SAP S/4 HANA as a cluster
Onboarding new companies that would not be disruptive to the cluster during its migration to S/4 HANA could be considered (i.e, accepting ‘as is’).
Allows for the least amount of disruption of current hosted companies
We maintain control/leadership of our operations and honour other hosted companies
This option respects the Management Team's vision (outliers need to go somewhere) of clustering and shared services
