It's not a cleaning product, but a kind of paint that is used on boats to stop them getting 'fouled' by seaweed etc. — hence why you mustn't clean it with certain types of cleaner.
This just has to be a typo!
And I think you'll find the term 'anti-fouling' is used in FR too; but in any case, now you have the right spelling, it should be easy for you to research that!
