Il s'agit d'une procédure pour les opérations de levage sur les gros navires :

The assigned running Maintenance & Repair Technical Superintendent or assigned running Maintenance & Repair Site Engineer has the responsibility, authority and accountability for:

a) Monitoring the planned and un-planned maintenance and surveys of the cargo gear, lifting beams and spreader beams;
b) Making detailed inspections of the cargo gear when performing a Superintendent inspection on board the vessel. The inspection findings shall be recorded in his/her inspection report.
