Les "entitled no companion" représentent la grande majorité des gens transportés; ils n'apparaissent pas dans cette liste. J'en déduis que c'est tout simplement un liste d'exception : les gens qui ne sont pas des "entitled sans accompagnant".

However, I think you may well be parsing it wrongly: my reading would be as 'future entitled' and 'no companion'.
This talk of entitlement makes it sound as if this is perhaps something to do with free/cheap staff travel, or something like that? It would probably help to know a bit more about just what this website is actually for?
