The most celebrated winery in the region is with no doubt the XXXX Winery. Located just 30 minutes from the Dead Sea at Tel Arad, Yatir produces award-winning Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz and a couple of bold white wines as well like their varietal Viognier and their Sauvignon Blanc. Yatir’s celebrated vintages are from 2004, 2006 and more from recent years but their XXX Forest blend from either year is your best bet.

Il s'agit raisemblablement d'une marque commerciale d'un vin provenant du domaine "Yatir Winery", situé près de /dans la forêt de Yatir.
On pourrait aussi dire "assemblage Forest". Il faudrait voir l'étiquette d'une bouteille pour être sûr.

Après une nuit de réflexion, la formulation suivante me semble préférable : "la cuvée Yatir Forest, un (vin d')assemblage..."
