Ho trovato varie fonti: la prima è la definizione in inglese, si tratta di un'assicurazione/indennità di una persona che ha più aziende, ad esempio. Se una delle due aziende ha problemi finanziari, la seconda azienda è responsabile dell'altra.

Ho trovato però la traduzione di responsabilità incrociata anche come "cross liability".

Però come "indennità incrociata" o "trasversale" non ho trovato niente... e neanche come assicurazione, anche se talvolta indemnity può essere tradotto come "assicurazione".
