Terms of use: Agree Disagree
This is what I found at Monster.com, which of course is the first place you would want to look in this case: "This is the Terms of Use that must be agreed upon in order to establish an account on my.monster.co.uk
I Agree I Disagree"
This also goes for the US.

Of course, it should be "I agree I disagree" since that is what monster.com seems to use.

I believe you could also use Accept/Do not accept; in the end it would really depend on the client's preference. The web site that is apparently being translated seems to use agree/disagree in its English version.
