agree Mult succes cu restul traducerii :)

Da Da, cred, din păcate nu putem interveni asupra a ceea ce traducem :)
Anca Nitu Jul 11, 2009:
zinc cu mercur Se poate numai ca pe langa zinc contin si cantitati mari de mercur si alte chestii care nu au ce cauta in "compozitie"

http://www.springerlink.com/content/k2t2k07k742q3888/

Cel mai indicat este sa nu consumati nimic si sa traiti cu aer - desi si acesta ar putea fi poluat :):)
Testeronline Jul 11, 2009:
Ca o curiozitate Am cautat in literatura engleza privind aportul de zinc in alimentatie si nu am gasit maruntaiele ca fiind o sursa importanta de zinc... deci preferati stridiile :P
Maria Diaconu (asker) Jul 8, 2009:
Nu ştiu despre ce animal este vorba Oricum, se referă la ceva ce se găseşte în comerţ - este o înşiruire de alimente în care se găseşte zincul.

offal

În germană li se zice Innereien în limbajul măcelăresc. LEO îl traduce prin mai multe: bowels, entrails, giblets, offal etc.:

http://dict.leo.org/ende?lang=de&lp=ende&search=Innereien

Offal e şi pe Wikipedia:

***Offal*** is the entrails and internal organs of a butchered animal. The word does not refer to a particular list of organs, but includes most internal organs other than muscles or bones. People in some cultures shy away from ***offal*** as food, while others may make it everyday food or even delicacies that command a high price.

Burns Night procedure is highly structured. After the guests arrive and take their seats at the table, the chairman (what? don't your dinner parties have a chairman?) asks them to stand and receive the haggis. Everyone rises as the entrée of entrails — haggis is made by stuffing a sheep's heart, liver and lungs along with oatmeal and spices into the stomach lining, so that it looks like an oddly distended football — arrives on a platter, usually with a bagpipe band following behind.

agree Alina Weidell : sau giblets depinde de ce animal e vorba

agree mihaela. : "Entrails" este corect, dupa parerea mea. Intr-un limbaj mai putin formal se poate folosi si "bowels" desi cuvintul se refera, de fapt,l a parti ale aparatului digestiv

Authentic Hungarian and Slovakian offerings (including some rather interesting organ meat dishes) in a relaxed (if somewhat Spartan) beer-hall atmosphere.

The standard sauces (beurre blanc, bearnaise, bechamel) are there, too, as are organ meat dishes (tripe, kidneys, veal tongue) that you might not have made before.

Example sentence:

Variety meats include organ meats, glands, and other meats that are not part of a dressed carcass of beef, veal, lamb, pork, or poultry.

They are called heme and non-heme iron. They can be found in red meat, baby spinach, fish, beans, dairy products and organ meats

O alta sugestie doar. Merge si organ meat si offal/s la fel de bine. Offal are si o conotatie de resturi, de aruncat.

organ meat

GDT il traduce ca "organ meat"
Offal is the entrails and internal organs of a butchered animal. The word does not refer to a particular list of organs, but includes most internal organs other than muscles or bones. People in some cultures shy away from offal as food, while others may make it everyday food or even delicacies that command a high price. Offal not used directly for human or animal food is often processed in a rendering plant, producing material that is used for animal feed, fertilizer, or fuel.

The word shares its etymology with the German word "abfall" (offall in some Western German Dialects such as Luxemburgish), afval in Dutch and affald in Danish. These germanic words mean 'garbage', or - literally - 'fall-off'.
