Alice Crisan Jul 25, 2016:
. Liviu, inteleg ca vrea sa profite de acest drept.
Adrian MM. (X) Jul 24, 2016:
culpa: fault vs. guilt vs. blame/worthiness I used the term of 'wrong' to dodge the fault vs. guilt vs. blame conundrum. In both US and UK shipping and road traffic insurance, there can be a 'both-to-blame' clause.

Alice, nu este vorba de asta Nu știm dacă prin noua declarație pârâtul își recunoaște vinovăția sau își justifică acțiunea culpabilă.

Mea Culpa | Definition of Mea Culpa by Merriam-Webster
www.merriam-webster.com › dictionary
"Mea culpa, which means "through my fault" in Latin, comes from a prayer of confession in the Catholic Church. Said by itself, it's an exclamation of apology or remorse that is used to mean "It was my fault" or "I apologize." Mea culpa is also a noun, however."

To admit his own guilt.

Liviu-Lee Roth Jul 23, 2016:
o idee admitting as evidence a new statement of Mr.X, would mean that the court would allow the defendants to assume a right from their own guilt, which is not acceptable.

ceva în genul ăsta ....
