¡Hola!

Necesitaba su ayuda para la traducción del término "colegidamente", pues he buscado por todas partes y no he podido encontrar ninguna definición o traducción.

En el texto se dice que el poder de representación de la sociedad X corresponderá al Consejo de Administración, que actuará **colegidamente**.

Lo que necesitaba no necesariamente sería la traducción del término al inglés, sino que igualmente me valdría una explicación del significado de la palabra, fuera en inglés o en castellano.

That said the term "collegially" does exist but is not much used in this context. Definition:
