protocolo visible a su inicio

FVA Not for points Spanish to English Law/Patents Law (general) Marriage Certificate
Hi, everyone.

I'm translating a marriage certificate. I came across this phrase and I can't get the meaning of it.
Any help will be highly appreciated.
The sentences goes "... la escritura número treinta del tomo primero de mi protocolo visible a su inicio al folio veinticinco vuelto, el día ...."

Thanks in advance!

Right. I'm not sure it means front and back of page 25.

Is the problem "visible a su inicio al folio veinticinco vuelto"?

can you provide the sentence just before the text you've provided?
"... la escritura. What comes before "la escritura"?

Folio vuelto means that both sides of a folio were used.

Hi, Rosa. I think your option makes more sense. I used this for my translation. Thank you!

neutral Robert Carter (meets criteria) : It's not the beginning of the folio, but the beginning of the instrument or entry recorded on the folio. Saludos.

register, the beginning of which can be viewed

It's not the beginning of the folio, its the beginning of the entry or record, and I imagine it continues overleaf.

Folio vuelto doesn't mean both sides of a folio were used, it just refers to the reverse side (verso) of a folio, which is not numbered.

Mr. X has the honor of certifying that: XX was married to XXX, according to instrument number 30 of the first tome of my register, the beginning of which [instrument] can be viewed on folio twenty-five verso, on..."
