Hi Lorena, in the document it is an N, but maybe it's a typo, I've encountered a few of them in the whole text already

pupilas normocóricas y reactivas

P=pupil
N= normal (normo in spanish)
C= choric (córicas in spanish)
R= reactive

"N" includes normality for pupil bilateral diameter and light reaction (you know, initials game of residents in ophthalmology)
