Dunno, just trying to imagine what this could be. The fact that it's assigned to the "sender" of the fax makes me think that this is some generic name assigned to the fax service of that particular hospital, and that this name was assigned by someone not necessarily attached to the hospital (more likely the Telecoms company that installed the fax service, hence the non-meaningful title). Just stabbing in the dark here, but that's my two cents worth...
