@ Charles it's a bit weird how the use the word "drag" at times and not "dragkrok" but we're clearly on the right track here. I've noted how you have adapted the suggestion for the US too.

Thanks. I was thinking along the lines of this. FYI, in the U.S. a "tow bar" is attached to the front of a vehicle to tow it with another. What your link shows is called a trailer hitch here.
