Hello!

I am a native Finnish translator who works with English-Finnish-English and French-Finnish translations. My other services include transcreation, editing, and machine translation post-editing. Additionally, I proofread Finnish texts.

I studied French and English translation at Tampere University and graduated as Master of Arts in August 2021. My courses covered such topics as legal & administrative translation, localization, accessibility, literary translation, and more.

After that, I have worked with a wide variety of texts. I am most experienced in medical device manuals and movie subtitling from English into Finnish. Additionally, I have translated numerous texts dealing with the public sector from Finnish into English.

I am most interested in literature and poetry, especially horror. However, I have encountered various text-types from appliance manuals to autopsy reports.

My professional interests are accessibility, video game localization, and administrative translation. I am always ready to learn more about any field, so do not hesitate to ask about anything.
