I have been reading French literature for a long time and have recently started reading Spanish literature too. I have noticed that a lot of it has never been translated into English. If I did a translation of a short story: (1) Who could help me deal with the author regarding copyright? (2) Who might be interested in publishing it for me? (3) How much might I earn? (4) What other problems might I have?
