I also wonder why this site creates URLs like those below (spaces added by me to break them). I mean, aren't cookies enough? Even tracking can be done differently nowadays IMO.

Sometimes I get the impression that Proz is playing games on us or testing us with all these bugs in shapes and forms!
This time - not that it's a big deal - but my profile picture has simply disappeared...
When are you going to fix all these issues for once?!

Anyone else has problem with these icons in Google Chrome, or my gpu drivers are the problem?

That's weird!
So far I don't see those icons, and I'm using Google Chrome.

So it's my GPU drivers. Thanks for responding.

Same with Firefox, but I've seen this before.
If properly done, the new site would be up and running a long time already.

Its more likely triggered by a Chrome update than your GPU drivers.
I have Chrome Version 134.0.6998.89 (Official Build) (64-bit) and see the same problem.
I've just had a look at what Chrome's 'Developer Tools' has to say about it (right-click on a duff icon, select 'Inspect', or click F12) and there's lots of clues in there suggesting that Chrome is evolving (much) faster than the worn-out Proz website can keep up with.

Now it's okay. Probably Chrome issue, who knows, but my GPU drivers are from 2018 the last ones for my GT730 discontinued GPU. I had problems with games, which is understandable, but for simple browsing I also doubted.

But on Firefox...

But you don't appear to be logged in for that Firefox screenshot, so it's hardly surprising it's very different to your Chrome screenshot. If you log out of Proz on Chrome, it will probably end up very similar to your FF view.

It's worse when I click on Login, and on the last screenshot the login buttons and the layout are out of order.

Anyone has problem to open ProZ from home location, but works with VPN?
ProZ.com is bookmarked in my browser, when I try to access it, I'm getting loading infinitive time, but when I type Proz on Google, I can access it immediately.

Could it be the site is built on free Bootstrap? While today page loading took ages again, fetching of some parts from BootstrapCDN was frozen in the taskbar.

Website loading extremely slowly, time-outs | Apr 7 |
The latest months, website loading has been extremely slow, often not working at all. As it'll be the same issue for potential clients, I really don't see the point in renewing my annual subscription if it stays like this because it has become basically worthless.
@ProZ staff: what is the cause, and how/when will it be solved?
