Dear colleagues, I'm struggling with Transit NXT Freelance plus right now. The program seems to have stopped detecting some of the terms present in TermStar, even though I've added them to the dictionary today. It detects some terms from some dictionaries, doesn't detect others from the same or even different dictionaries. I have checked all my settings multiples times and all my dictionaries are present and accounted for (as I can add terms to them) but my terms arent ... I've created a brand new dictionary, restarted the program, the computer, installed the last update, done all the usual troubleshooting steps. I've also contacted STAR but am still waiting for a response. | | |
