Deletion of older dictionaries not possible / Importing of new dictionaries not possiple

Hello,

I can't delete older dictionaries in Transit NXT. This results in not being able to import new ones. I get an abort message.

I deleted the folders of older dictionaries from the Public folder, but the issue persists.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software to no avail.

What can I do to solve the issue?

No it doesn't. As long as you officially bought transit, it is ok.

I tried to delete them as you described but it won't let me.
It starts deleting and then it stops without deleting the dictionaries.

I was about to ask if there is a support contact.

I had sent a message through the transit shop, but most likely that was not for support purpose.

Fixed Mar 26, 2024

Finally, I fixed it by deleting the database (user) where many old dictionaries were contained and by importing new dictionaries as (global).
