I'm translating 2 documents: one relates the "Estatutos" and the other "Escritura de constitución" The translation I have for both is Articles of Association which appears correct for "Estatutos", however "Escritura de constitución" appears more like a contract rather than a set of rules. Can anyone identify the difference?
