Lo deduzco por el nivel de educación requerido. Creo que un administrador tendría también las responsabilidades de llevar las cuentas pagadas, cuentas por pagar, etc., es decir la contabilidad básica.

: Sorry, but I can't see how you can translate manager to conserje. Conserje=janitor. Grade 12 = a High School diploma, not unheard of for someone to manage a building.
