Lo deduzco por el nivel de educación requerido. Creo que un administrador tendría también las responsabilidades de llevar las cuentas pagadas, cuentas por pagar, etc., es decir la contabilidad básica.

disagree Lydia De Jorge : Sorry, but I can't see how you can translate manager to conserje. Conserje=janitor. Grade 12 = a High School diploma, not unheard of for someone to manage a building.
