Ho tradotto in questo modo:
"Al Richiedente viene qui concesso il diritto per la copertura video del proprio torneo su qualunque piattaforma da esso gestita, fermo restando che applichi un blocco geografico (geo-blocking) nel territorio nazionale del Richiedente e (...)"

Ma mi sembra che sarebbe più sensato il contrario, cioè applicare un blocco geografico per impedire l'accesso dagli altri paesi.

Poi prosegue:
"Applicant agrees to implement geo- blocking technology to restrict to all reasonable extent access to such platform(s) to users within the tournament’s domestic territory."

Come interpretate questo blocked to e la frase successiva?
