Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.
When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.
* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

there is something not quite right:
"The technology measures tissue impedance and ceases to treat the myometrium or scar tissue in exactly the same way once it reaches the depth of 50 ohms."
makes little sense: Ohms are not used to measure "depth" but electrical impedance https://simple.wikipedia.org/wiki/Electrical_impedance
Possible meaning:
"The technology measures tissue impedance and starts treating the myometrium differently from the scar tissue once it (= the impedance of the myometrium / or of the scar tissue???) reaches the level of (/goes above the level of) 50 ohms."
IOW when the electrical impedance of the tissue gets above 50 Ohms, the treatment is capable of making the difference between myometrium and scar tissue (i.e. will abstain from "treating" non-existing scars/healthy myometrium)
