This is a common Spanish expression:

No tenemos CON QUÉ argumentar...
No tenemos CON QUÉ pagar...
No tenemos CON QUÉ competir...

Sincerely, I believe I know how to say than in English for every particular scene. But, is there a general CON QUÉ equivalent in English?

agree William Pairman : As its a song I reckon "the means to" and "with which to" are way to formal - anything to pay with etc sounds fine
