ON THE TERRITORY OF GURVANTES SOUM, UMNUGOBI PROVINCE

Based on appendix 36 of the Minister of Environment and Tourism of Mongolia in 1996:
This agreement is made by and between Chairman of Council of Representatives of Gurvantes soum, Umnogobi province Mr. Otgonbayar. B, Director of Non-Government Organization – Snow Leopard Conservation Fund Mr. Bayarjargal. A and Director of Great Genghis Expeditions LLC Mr. Bat-Erdene B in order to produce a documentary in the territory of Tost valley and its surroundings of Gurvantes soum, Umnogobi province.
ONE. GENERAL PROVISIONS:
1.1 The purpose of documentary
1.1.1 Produce a documentary about nature and wildlife,
1.1.2 Study the lifestyle and traditions of nomadic herders who live in harmony and adaptation with nature, and spread it to the world through this documentary,
1.1.3 Film the research work implementation of local authorities and Snow Leopard Conservation Fund for the protection of snow leopards, one of the seven biggest animal species, which is a spotlight in the world.
1.2 Accredited representative, term and scope of documentary:
1.2.1 Both parties are accepted that the Great Genghis expeditions LLC is an accredited representative of professional documentary organization Ammonite Films, Great Britain in Mongolia.
1.2.2 Documentary filming will be conducted by a professional team of Ammonite Films, Great Britain from October 10, 2017 until November 20, 2017 total of 40 days.
