Because your client is the agency, you don't have to be nice at all in your reply or worry about upsetting them. It's the agency's problem
One time I actually got a demo version of some software along with the excel file for translation. That was the ideal situation. Screenshots would be better than nothing.
This thread reminds me that the ALT-F12 combination (in WFC) to paste something from context search into the open segment doesn't work on my laptop keyboard either. I use ALT-F12 more

If I understood your question, I don't think there is any setting in PB or elsewhere to handle this issue. You have to copy the hyperlink into the target text, then right click and change
