Fermez MS Word dans les processus du Gestionnaire des Tâches Windows Oct 20, 2012

Ce fil est maintenant très vieux mais je viens de trouver la solution (enfin) au problème. Avant de nettoyer le document, il faut fermer l'application (Word) puis aller dans le gestionnaire des tâches Windows, dans la section "Processus" pour fermer le processus Microsoft Office Word qui reste actif en arrière-plan.
Faites-moi savoir si ça marche pour vous et bon courage pour la suite
